You can delete your LineMax account and all cloud-backed-up data at any time.
Option 1: In the app (fastest)
Open LineMax.
Go to Profile → Cloud Backup.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2: By email (if you no longer have the app)
Email support@linemax.onlinefrom the email address linked to your LineMax account, with the subject line "Delete my LineMax account".
We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.
What gets deleted
your account (email address and sign-in);
all photos stored in cloud backup;
your scan records, subscription status record, and referral records.
What is kept
Minimal subscription event records (event ID, event type, an anonymous app user ID, and timestamp). These are kept to prevent fraud and for accounting. They contain no photos or contact details.
Purchase records held by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat, under their own policies.
Photos stored only on your phone stay there until you delete them or uninstall LineMax.
Important
Deleting your account does not cancel your LineMax Pro subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
